We have had the pleasure of having Michelle work with us for some years now. She has proven time and again she has our daughter's best interests at heart. On occasion Anne and myself have a "blonde moment" Michelle has always helped to correct the problem. We feel that you may have no greater employee working for you. We feel fortunate that Michelle is our Support Coordinator.
 
 
We have the best Support Coordinator, Amber Foster. She has been excellent. And we truly feel that she cares about our family. She attends meetings for our son such as IEP’s and she visits him regularly at school talking with his teachers to discuss any needs they might have for him. She has taken great care to help us navigate our way through this system that is vital to helping our son function better in this world.
 
 
Navigating services for your disabled child can be at least as intimidating as caring for the child themselves. When I decided to self-administrate our Respite care so that my child could use more of her funding for other things, I realized that we were heading into uncharted waters by giving up the services of a professional agency. Andréa has been a wonderful advocate for us in helping us to find resources and know what all our choices are when making a decision. Her ability to run interference for us has saved me untold amounts of stress, aggravation and wasted time and helped us make sure our child’s needs were being met and she was thriving. Her help and support continues to be an integral part of my child’s care plan. 
 
 
This week's emergency guardianship case of was an excellent
example of many professionals working together to protect this man
 from the abuse he was experiencing in his home.

Amanda Anderson (Support Coordination Services of Utah) is my son’s support coordinator in Price.  She has always been good to work with and has always tried to meet his needs and the needs of our family.  She is easy to talk to and I feel I can call her anytime our needs change and she is willing to work with me.  Not only does she care about my son and his needs, but through my work I see her taking that same interest all who she serves.

 
All of the people that I have associated with who have Michelle as their service coordinator absolutely love her. They all have made it a point to tell me how great she is. I have watched her interface with some of the clients and she does a great job. If the rest of your coordinators are of similar caliber my compliments to your organization.
